great location. beautifully renovated home(s) into 4 suites. small kitchen fully equipped. walk in shower for two :) comfy beds great food nearby and an easy walk to the oregon shakespeare festival. also the AC worked well which was needed given that it was quite hot and we traveled with our labrador.

we could hear footsteps above us - this didn't bother us but might depend on who occupies the upper floor

Cute place, nicely redone historical house with relaxing yard and outdoor spaces.

The air conditioning was inadequate to cool the space and my dogs and I were overheated all night so didn’t sleep well. Additionally, there were a few non functioning outlets and lights and the room could have been cleaner.

Very quaint. Had all the things for a comfortable stay. Loved the decor. The kitchen was loaded.

Shower pressure could have been more. A little noise upstairs. Thin walls.

The room its own separate unit on the top of a little cottage behind the main house - and it was gorgeous. It was also really quiet despite being close to a busy downtown area

"We will stay here again"

Location was excellent for walking to restaurants, Lithia Park and Thomas theater. We parked the car when we arrived and got back in it to leave Ashland. A charming room which was comfortable and private and quiet. The upper room had sloped ceilings and a very small bathroom so maybe not best for very tall people. It was fine for us. This was Suite 2 with private entrance. If you’re looking for something other than your average or luxury hotel room..this may be it. We will stay here again.

Lack of counter space in bathroom. A small table next to the coffee cart would be a nice addition for ease of prep

The grounds were very pretty, a lovely neighborhood location. The rooms were well equipped and very pretty, especially unit 3, which has so much charm.
