"I wish I had stayed longer..."

I absolutely loved this property. It is quaint and within walking distance of downtown Ashland. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Beautiful decor and a warm welcoming vibe. Great Place! Very efficient parking access.

At different times of the day I could hear noise from upstair guests but by nightfall all was quiet and well. Definitely not a deal breaker.

Beautiful and comfortable spot in Ashland! Loved all the nice touches - milk in fridge, playing cards, cozy throw for the couch. Well stocked kitchenette, nice wine glasses, snacks snd chocolate! Super comfy bed and very accommodating staff!

It was perfect! 5 minutes from the Shakespeare festival!

"Sweet little spot!"

The room was very charming. The location is great. No breakfast was provided but they did provide a French press set up for delicious coffee. Our room #2 has a very steeply pitched ceiling and we smacked our heads a time or 3! 😖

There is no staff on site. It took us a bit to figure out what to do with our bikes. Ordinarily in a town like Ashland we wouldn’t care but my husband & I were off in the morning for trail running and Mtn biking. It would have been so nice to have a little nosh before we left.
