Everything was fabulous. The apartment had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, washing machine. Nice new building, parking was a huuge bonus as the area have mostly paid parking options. The view was also nice! Would 100% return!

Mieszkanie w bardzo fajnym miejscu, na wyspie. Przestronne, czyste, fajnie umeblowane, z widokiem na rzekę. Do tego miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu. Blisko Starego Miasta. Kontakt z właścicielem ekstra. Wszystko super, polecam.

The apartment stayed nice and cool during hot weather, had all the amenities you could need and the coffee machine was a nice touch. There is a big supermarket nearby too.

La posizione è nel quartiere di Kipsala, c'è la spiaggia con i giochi per i bimbi proprio sotto l'appartamento. Il centro è a 2 km e si raggiunge a piedi passando un ponte che ha la parte pedonale (noi abbiamo usato la macchina perché con due bambini nel passeggino era un po' difficoltoso). L'appartamento è dotato di tutto quello che serve per cucinare, nonché di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Peccato per la pulizia, altrimenti sarebbe una buona soluzione di viaggio.

La pulizia è da rivedere. Lenzuola macchiate, asciugamani che odoravano di umido. Inoltre non abbiamo potuto fare la lavatrice perché abbiamo trovato dei vestiti dentro l'oblò.

Brilliant location, well-appointed flat, excellent white goods, spacious. Truly excellent. Air-conditioning and high ceilings.

Flat was not clean on our arrival, with rotten items in the fridge. The owner arranged for a cleaner to come swifly, but the fridge was overlooked with the rancid items not removed. This caused us to go out and eat, while our perishable goods went off in the hot flat. Taxis plus meal cost us approximately 50€. The owner offered us another flat instead which would have cost us more in transport costs. No discount. The bed was far too soft, so we alternated between the bed and sofa-bed. The blinds allow guests to read a book with the lights off at night. We didn't sleep well. A better property manager would have collected at least 9 out 10, by buying a mattress and some curtains, and by cleaning the flat before we arrived.

Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne (a nawet ponad to - np. przygotowana do ewentualnej wymiany żarówka czy baterie). Widać że gospodarz chce żeby się dobrze poczuć. Bardzo cicha, spokojna okolica. Dużym plusem jest też garaż podziemny
