Riga Apartment in the Heart of City

Good location, cozy apartment, clean, has everything you need. Recommended

The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building. It did not bother us, but it can be a problem for elderly people and people with low mobility

Месторасположение очень хорошее, есть подземный паркинг, рядом магазины . Центр города видно из окон.

Если будете жить в этих апартаментах , обязательно возьмите свои полотенца. Полотенца в апартаментах есть, но они очень воняют, ну прямо очень. Не все жалюзи рабочие, сторона солнечная, поэтому мы с первыми лучами просыпались тоже. Кто-то из предыдущих жильцов курил, и жилье насквозь пропахло, очень неприятно было.

Great localization 2,5km to old town, in the vicinity of flat there is Hyper market Rimi. In the garage available car parking. Silent and safe neighbourhood. Really good price.

4th floor and no elevator

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Klimaanlage und einem Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage incl. Einmal über die Brücke und schon war man in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung lag auch angenehm ruhig. Zu zweit ist sie mehr als empfehlenswert.

Everything! The closeness from which we could walk into the Old Town & all its sights; it was very comfortable; there was a washing machine & laundry detergent. Fabulous!!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Modern and clean, with essentials such a hob, microwave and fridge, but also a washing machjne and drier in the spacious bathroom.

It’s great to have free parking. Just one small thing: the parking space is quite narrow. Hire cars come in all shapes and sizes. Not much the owner can do about that, I guess. Another, very small gripe - few places bother to include a towelling mat for when you step out of the shower. My partner was more annoyed by that than I was.

Everything was perfect, but mosquito nets are absolutely necessary because of the river distance

Good location, free parking in the underground parking. The apartment has everything you might need during the stay. All the information was given clearly how to get into the flat.

Modern, clean, functional space in a terrific location… Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to old town! Shopping mall and large grocery store also very close.

A workspace with desk and separate work chair could be added, if you’re gonna be trying to work from this location.
