The rooms are above a bar which has loud music going on till 2AM. Bed's are the most uncomfortable thing to sleep in. People who live in this block think it is aceptable to be hoovering and washing up (slaming around) at 4/5am! People constantly let the doors just bang closed. The parking isnt great & they also lock it without informing anyone and you cant get hold of anyone to help you. The lady in the cafe across the road said this happens alot. No respect at all! Cheap but overall a shambal.

I called on numerous occasions regarding general questions about my stay and received no response, finding the place wasn’t an issue instruction from the email were well presented. However, it should mention if you use the private carpark owned by the Shisha Lounge next door that you won’t be able to access your car until they allow you to! Which in my case was 12pm the following day but I had woken up to leave at 5am for work to which I didn’t make it to. I’m not from Birmingham and was essentially stuck there until I had access to my car. I wouldn’t have booked at all if it simply mentioned the carpark is locked up overnight! Key fobs should be provided to enable people who drive to leave whenever they need to. If you drive than avoid this place you can either park on the street (which is all double yellows) where you run the risk of a parking ticket or park inside the private car pack but not have access to your car until they eventually answer the phone to let you leave.

This property is managed by owners who completely lack integrity. I booked for two nights, but after our first night, they had the audacity to change the lock while we were out, without any notice or explanation. I was rushing back for an important meeting, only to find myself locked out with no way to reach them. The contact number listed on Booking.com is useless, and they don’t respond to messages on the platform. After finally getting a response by replying to an old text, they had the nerve to demand “proof of payment” for two nights, as if that was my responsibility to prove. My booking and payment were both clearly for two nights—so why were they interfering with my stay after just one? This wasn’t just unprofessional; it was a total invasion of privacy. They entered my room without permission, disrupted my plans, and caused me to miss an important meeting. To top it all off, after admitting their mistake, they promised a 20% refund, which, unsurprisingly, they never issued. This behavior is deceptive, intrusive, and downright unacceptable. I would strongly warn anyone against booking this property—it’s not worth the risk.
