Don’t book! They are trying to take your money, when you go there someone else is already in the room, me and my man just arrived there and a woman has been there already!! They’re not responding at all. The money are not refundable and we’ve just lost £60 for nothing!!!

Terrible customer service, the owner does not respond to multiple phone calls, tried contacting on multiple occasions through customer service and myself yet no answer.

Everything about the property was horrific, customer service was by far the worst.

The cleaning staff was nice

Shower door fell off when I closed it and the other guests were really loud (but that’s not the property’s fault I know)

My car was stuck in the car park as the shutters of the car park were closed all morning which I was told my car would be safe and accessible, me and my husband both having to catch taxis to work. When telling the host about my concerns there was no response. To top everything off there was no running hot water and again the host paid no attention or response to

The constant noise from below as is some type of night club which was not advertised.

Nothing

Everything. For a start the address was not clear and we were given the wrong key code. The room was dank and smell musky. We couldn’t go to bed until 3am because of the noise from the night club

Just a place to stay

Room is badly designed, Bed mattress was painful, needs to be replace. Room was Noisy even at 2am, it is on top of busy shisha bar. It is not sound proof. I Parked the car in the building parking at 3pm after check in, but in the morning the parking door was locked. Landlord did not communicate with me to open the door and I had to take cab to the office .
