PHVery clean and well maintained. Complete amenities. There iron for clothes, hair blower, ref, heater, tv etc. Around the building, there are the shops that you most need like 7eleven, and some snack desserts shops
Kinda noisy because of the cars and construction outside the building. Bring earplugs if you are annoyed by that.

PHPHThe unit was very clean and smelled good when I arrived. I loved everything about this accommodation - its comfortable bed & pillows, its toilet & bath with generous shower gel/shampoo/conditioner (+modern toilet bowl with bidet), very clean towels (& new), well-equipped kitchen, free 2 bottles of water, and fast internet. This unit is like a hotel, imo. Definitely, will book this unit again in the future.
As with other reviews I've read, you'll be woken by the noise in the morning. The building where this unit is located is at an intersection, so expect to hear loud noises. Perhaps this can be addressed by installing some noise-cancelling features in the unit.
