The Cosy is clean, tidy and actually looked better than it's online photo's in truth. Everything worked and was in good order. The host met me in person to handover keys, even though it was outside the key collection time. The property is in a building situated in a family block and while I had some reservations on arrival at inner city Birmingham, this particular area seemed to house working families. I would not hesitate to return to this quiet, comfortable well maintained property with a private balcony not overlooked by any adjoining buildings. Great upmarket restaurant in a fairly niche canal side part off city Birmingham (I didn't eat there but it was packed at 19:00 on Friday night) 250 yards from the inauspicious building entry.

I'm a working professional contractor and it very much had the feel of a home from home. Great location and quiet. Slept soundly (No noisy trains if anyone is looking at Maps!) It suited my needs perfectly. 55yr old male, home from home, it's not "High End" but great value for money.
