Fabulous 1Bed Apt with Balcony in Central Birmingham

Location was good for our needs

Parts were unclean. 1 towel for 2 people No teatowel to dry pots and no plug for the kitchen sink Too many electric extensions Loose sockets Mat at the bedroom door was a trip hazard Food remains in a tin in the oven Part bottles of water in the fridge Fridge needed a good clean, spillages that have been there for some time. Bathroom bin already full Wardrobe rail is at a ridiculous height. Husband is 6ft and had to stand on tip toes! Iron left black marks on a white dress shirt

Like that there was a balcony. Certain aspects were nice staff where super amazing.

If this was located in another part of Ladywood would have scored top marks with me. The toilet seat was wobbly. Handle on bathroom door was loose. The heater in bathroom would make sounds through out the day and night. Bed wasn’t really comfortable.

Excellent host, welcoming and friendly with very quick response. Apartment is quiet but convenient for Broad Street and the ICC, and the bed is very comfortable. For me, working during my stay, the wi-fi was fast and dependable.

stayed in this one-bedroom apartment for a week, and it was perfect! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable, and the living room was a great spot to relax after a day out. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, which made cooking really easy. The location couldn’t have been better—close to public transport, shops, and plenty of restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was fantastic, very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Communicative staff. Good location.

Very loud Knocking noise from the radiator that startles you and wakes you up. Have to put the heating off for it to stop. Spoke to host who offered to come fix it. Other than that everything was ok good. Will recommend.

The location is very close to town close to Broadstreet and also it is not so busy where it is a quiet Road. it was a very fresh and homey feeling and has everything you need. Very relaxing
