Fabulous 1Bed Apt with Balcony in Central Birmingham

Cozy flat with balcony and very comfy bed and sofa with will equipped kitchen!

The apartment was great, and our host was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed and was a short walk into town for food before going to the Utilita arena. It was cosy warm and the bed was amazingly comfy. The property could do with a little bit of a refresh regarding the decor and paintwork, but as we were staying just one night, it suited our needs. I would highly recommend.

it was good looking homely great. 2 tv one in bedroom one. In sitting room which is every woman or man dream

Conveniently located flat, with free parking. Easy to find. Flat was quiet and comfortable and had the key amenities.

Nothing material. The lounge could do with a lamp so you can switch off the overhead lights when watching the TV, but you can leave the hall light on to similar effect. An eggcup would be useful.

Really comfortable and homely. A lovely chap met me when I arrived to let me in and show me around. The free parking space was definitely a selling point and it is such a quick and easy walk into town. Much more convenient than a hotel if you want to be able to cook your own food.

The communal areas are a bit messy and rundown. Also, I was unfortunate with the neighbours upstairs being very loud until very late at night one night but other than that it was ok.

Amazing host, clean and professional. Beddings and towels all provided which was all clean.

Kitchen needs a little more appliances, however everything was clean and in good condition , great for a short stay.

The host was absolutely brilliant- very attentive made sure all my questions were answered to the best of their ability. Free parking was also very nice esp since the apartment is located in the city. Will book again:)
