Fabulous 1Bed Apt with Balcony in Central Birmingham

Very nice inside and the balcony was lovely to sit on, the owner was very friendly and helpful the apartment was very clean and organised

Everything I needed and a very very comfortable bed. I left my laptop and the owner was great and met my colleague with it.

When I checked in at the stated and agreed time-5pm. When I got there at 5.15 pm the cleaner was still there due to previous ppl checking out late. Sadly I couldn’t get ready for an hour after I arrived which meant I was late going to the event I’d booked the property for .

Excellent location for The Arena.

We both loved the location. It's now far from the train station and city centre, so you don't need to walk far. It's also next to the canal, we were lucky with the weather, so we had a beautiful walk down the canal. The actual apartment was lovely and clean. The bed was comfy and the shower was easy to work and really warm. The tv was great for connecting spotify to it, so we could listen to music in the evening.

Everything ,the owner was very nice and helpful I even left something there and he was kind enough to post it back to me as I live far , His communication was excellent and he was very helpful. The property is a very lovely property there’s so much shops and other stuff near to it felt nice walking and knowing that is was only 14 minute walk to the cinema and that this apartment is local to many places . But I had a great time and I would 100% book again
