Fabulous 1Bed Apt with Balcony in Central Birmingham

Very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Given its location to the centre it is remarkably quiet.

Surrounding area litter, but property owners can’t be blamed for this.

Stayed here because of its proximity to the Utilita arena (a 9 minute walk). Lovely clean accomodation. All the mod cons if you need them. Bed was comfy too. Always a bonus. Was quite surprised how quiet the area was at night, so a nice peaceful sleep. Naveed the host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. He also offered us a late check out if need be as the apartment was not booked the next day. Fab. Would definitely stay there again if we come down to Birmingham.

Was close to arena

All the steps and step up to shower .

The property was close to convention centre and centennial square The hosts were so helpful, and even left some eggs and bread for us, Which was a nice touch The place was clean and homely with plenty of space
