The view is truly spectacular, and the rooms are large and very spacious. The location is excellent, and the outdoor balcony—where you can enjoy your morning coffee—is absolutely wonderful.

The services, however, did not meet our expectations. First of all, we were asked to pay an additional €50 for a late check-in, as we arrived after midnight. This was communicated only after we had already paid in full, which was quite disappointing. For this price per night, we expected better services inside the apartment. We stayed for four nights and received only one set of towels, along with just two rolls of toilet paper, one shampoo, and one shower gel. Although these amenities are listed on Booking, in reality they seem to be mentioned only for formality, not truly provided at an adequate level. We often choose places with a kitchen because we enjoy cooking, but we expect that kitchen to be equipped with at least the basic essentials. Otherwise, it doesn’t really make sense, as we end up having to buy basic items like oil and spices ourselves. Here, there was only salt and sugar, and just two coffee capsules—so if we wanted another coffee the next day, we had to buy everything ourselves.The kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, plates, and pots.

😊👍 Super Unterkunft. Viel Platz, viel Licht, herausragende Aussicht aufs Mehr aus allen Räumen (außer der Küche). Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, wir haben gern Zeit zu regnerischen Zeitpunkten hier verbracht. Die Anfahrt und der Weg mit dem Auto waren auch problemlos. Wir wurden bei unserer Anreise herzlich empfangen. Hilfe bei kleineren Fragen gab es schnell via WhatsApp. Die Lage ist super. Wer es abgelegen und außerhalb des Trubels der Stadt mag, ist hier richtig. Gleichzeitig sind die nächste Ortschaft und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit problemlos zu erreichen. Achtung: Ein Auto ist von Vorteil wenn nicht sogar notwendig für die Unterkunft.

Obiekt usytuowany na wzniesieniu, dzięki temu jest cicho i spokojnie; z okien apartamentu rozciąga się przepiękny widok na morze. Apartament jest przestronny i przyjemnie urządzony. Wokół przestrzeń jest ładnie zagospodarowana i jest sporo miejsca do zaparkowania auta. Dla nas była to dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania bliższej i dalszej okolicy (auto jest niezbędne w przypadku tej lokalizacji).

The view is unbelievable! I love everything about this property - especially the peace and quite - and will definetely be back! Saverio, the host, was attentive, friendly and helpful. He gave me a plethora of suggestions about the area (restaurants, beaches and places to see) and made me feel at home.

Mooi ruim appartement met een prachtige sea-view. Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Ze regelden een private guide in Palermo en adviseerden restaurants in de omgeving. We waren uitermate tevreden. De keuken is compleet ingericht en de bedden zijn uitstekend.

Big rooms, quiet place, big parking, good location to travel with a car around the area, wonderful view from the balcony at the second floor, host provided many advices to shop and visits

The host was very strict (like the check in time) and not attentive enough to the guests in basic and inexpensive needs, no convenient and safe access to public transportation, the kitchen was a bit small without convenient possibility to use more than one machine

Superb apartment with a great view and top host We had a wonderful stay and felt extremely comfortable from the very first moment. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness and equipment of the apartment to the magnificent view and great location. The communication with and friendliness of our wonderful host Saverio was outstanding. We will be back definitely!
