The apartment has everything you need. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It is a very good starting point for exploring the area.

Extraordinary hospitality; extraordinary views. The three units comfortably accomodated our party of nine and was near perfect balance of common/shared and private areas. Quite possibily the best lodging experience we have ever had. The local recommendations and tips provided by our host were super helpful. As an aside, we had car trouble (don't advise renting from Budget!) .. host was extraorindarily helpful is helping us navigate solving this unexpected challenge.

Absolutely no negative comments re: host or facilities. You have probably heard that driving in Italy can be challenging ... but Palermo metro driving is in its own league. I recomend renting a wreck or getting deluxe insurance because you will be subject to a series of "chicken" challenges every time you get in your car .. and unfortunately you basically need the drive to get to just about anything.

One of the two most helpful hosts that we had the chance to meet. He was helpful and his recommendations were accurate beyond expectations.

Perfect location with terrace overlooking the nearby sea and beautiful sunset. Always smiling friedly house owner Severio provides all detailed information for the area. We'll be glad to be back once again.

The most amazing spot to enjoy the city of Palermo - but with a relaxed vibe. You have privacy, and amazing view looking over the sea, easy access to the city (train/car) and also easy to do day trips to nearby towns. Perfect spot to chill all day, or come back to after a day of touring.

My only complaint was the pillows and bed could have been comfier!
