Esperienza molto negativa. La gestione da parte degli host è stata pessima, con pochissima disponibilità e collaborazione. Al nostro arrivo l’appartamento non era ancora pronto: nonostante il check-in fosse previsto dalle 16:00, alle 17:00 abbiamo trovato coperte e lenzuola sporche lasciate dagli ospiti precedenti. Solamente dopo la nostra segnalazione e più di un ora di attesa sono arrivati il personale per completare le pulizie. Nonostante questo ritardo il livello di pulizia della casa era appena sufficiente. (allego alcune foto). Le padelle erano in pessime condizioni, molto usurate e profondamente rigate; inoltre i bicchieri erano insufficienti per il numero degli ospiti. Inoltre la struttura ha trattenuto l’intera cauzione sostenendo che l’appartamento fosse stato lasciato sporco, nonostante non fosse stato causato alcun danno e i costi di pulizia fossero già inclusi nell’importo totale pagato. La casa, al momento della nostra partenza, era in condizioni ordinate e presentava solo normali segni di utilizzo, certamente non tali da giustificare la trattenuta dell’intera cauzione, che abbiamo ritenuto eccessiva e sproporzionata.

De ruimte en twee badkamers

De afwasmachine deed t niet en er was maar 1 theedoek (op verzoek nog 1 ontvangen), de wifi deed t niet, er waren maar 3 wijnglazen en de pannen waren erg slecht. Toegang tot appartement was goed geregeld. Het was wel gehorig maar daar kun je niks aan doen

Location is great. Staff were on hand via whattsapp for any issues and were prompt at replying. Apartment had lots of space and all you could need

The only downside side was the noise from other apartments and there were decorators in the halls early on all the days we stayed that made a lot of noise

Дуже гарне помешкання і привітні господарі. Квартира простора і зручна. Зручне місце розташування: поруч метро і інший громадський транспорт, можна дійти до центру міста пішки.

Єдине що трохи не вистачило посуду на кухні (було лише 4 виделки, мало чашок і ножів). Сусіди зверху заголосно дивилися телевізор до 12 ночі.

Super apart. 1E, încălzire cu radiator electric, 1D cu aer condiționat, 4 camere, 3 bai, 2 cu duș una doar wc, saltele și perne de 10+, la 3 minute de stația de metrou Arreiro legătură cu centrul vechi prin Baixa Chiado la 7 minute de Alameda legătură spre Gara Oriente. Cartierul foarte linistit și sigur. Market Continente langa de nota 10. Bilet 1.9 euro, 7.5 pe 24 ore orice mijloc de transport, Bolt la putere. Mancare ieftină și buna. Garantie 250 euro la check in, il faci simplu online, comunicare cu gazda ușoară pe WhatsApp, bani au fost înapoi în 48 ore.

The apartment is really close to the metro and bus station and it's really comfortable for a group of 7 people. Communication with personnel also 10/10.

The only thing that we didn't like was that we heard everything that people upstairs do. Like the walls are very thin

Pudimos ingresar al alojamiento unas horas antes, y eso lo agradecemos mucho

No hubo servicio de WIFI y nunca solucionaron el problema, tube que gastar en planes para toda la familia y no se si eso se puede reclamar al anfitrión. La casa no tiene calefacción en toas las áreas, solo unos calentadores portátiles y eso afecta mucho al adulto mayor.
