The room I have booked was spacious and clean. The swimming pool the have is lovely, and the hotel is right on the beach, surrounded by small restaurants. Great to explore that part of the coast. It's not difficult to park nearby.

The bathroom is very tiny and old.

The setting is perfect right on the beach. I think every room had a view over the pool and the beach ( shallow waters and sandy so very accessible) which is directly in front down a few steps with a water/hose shower for you to wash off the sand before you return. The pool is lovely and there were ample sunbeds to relax on round it. Every room has a private terrace or balcony where you can relax as well. We had a kitchenette with a small stove top- so we could boil water for tea, a full size fridge and a sink. Plates etc are provided as is a cloth, dishwashing liquid and a tea towel. The beds were comfortable. We also had a dressing table/ wardrobe/ bedside cabinets. There was a small wall TV but we did not use it. Wifi was sufficient on the premises. And the room had AC. The location gives you access to lots of choice of restaurants, gift shops and supermarkets and the local bus which runs every 20 mins all day and till late takes you into the centre of Chania for 2 Euro each way. The people who run the place are very friendly too.

The bathroom is very small with the tiniest shower space so quite difficult to use but otherwise it is ok. The premises clearly at some point offered breakfast at least as there is a closed off dining space and there is also an outside bar which remained closed as well. This is a shame as we would have used those facilities if they had been operational. Next door is a beach bar which plays music too loudly to attract custom.

The staff is lovely, and the rooms are charming, all with an ocean view. The beach is perfect. The location is wonderful. I recommend this place to everybody.

The staff were friendly and the location is on the beach. There are nice resturaunts and shops close by.

The room is advertised as having a kitchenette. There is a sink, a fridge,cutlery, plates and cups BUT no cooking facilities. We raised this with bookings.com and the owners. We were told we could cancel without penalties. It was peak season and nowhere else to go. The bathroom is roughly 1.25m2. It is tiny. The shower curtain did not reach the floor. It was impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom.. There is a pool and beach BUT you are forbidden to use the towells from the room in these areas. The staff make lots of promises and are very friendly, but never fulfill what they say.9
