Location, staff, facilities all i can give 5 star! very satisfied! thank you very much for the services 🫶🏻💗

Beliggenhed- lige så snart vi gik uden for døren var vi i centrum på små hyggelig gader. Vi havde et værelse med balkon og det var en dejlig udsigt udover vandet og bådene.

Værelset var ret lille. Rengøringen kunne være bedre.

The man in the reception he wanna charge extra money just because i wanted pay with card . Then I refused to pay extra money and I pay what I suppost to pay

The location and the view are what sells this place. Other than that I was dissapointed.

They were not at all friendly/ welcoming. Told me my seaview room was double booked so I had to stay in a different building in a backlot room the first night. Didn't get a refund for that night or at least a discount on the total price. They behaved like I should be happy they didn't charge me extra, because it was a better class room (it wasn't) A lot of stuff was broken in both rooms ( fawcet that didnt work, windows that could not be closed or opened, no mosquito net, no water when we wanted to shower, wifi worked only 50%). Also a lot of construction noise. In my opinion: when you do constructionwork on your hotel, prices should be even lower because of all the disturbance it gives guests. But they did not and they constantly had a 'we don't care attitude'. In short: we would never return and never recommend this place.
