Purtroppo la posizione è comodissima per quanto concerne il centro ma a ridosso del mare quindi abbiamo avuto problemi con l’allagamento della camera

Os funcionários são excelentes, muito atenciosos e sempre disponíveis, em particular o Jayson, a Judy e a Dapnhe, mas todos sem excepção. A localização é boa, muito central, com restaurantes e comércio. Óptima vista para o mar e a paisagem envolvente. Colchão muito confortável e ar condicionado muito eficiente e silencioso . Possibilidade de pequeno almoço no restaurante do hotel com preços mais acessíveis para hóspedes.

A casa de banho é bastante pequena e apertada. A pressão da água é fraca mas percebi que é normal em El Nido. Sendo no centro da cidade, há sempre algum ruído à noite mas nunca até depois da meia noite. A limpeza só é feita de 2 em 2 dias

The staff was attentive and helpful with sorting out any of my questions and nothing was too much for them. Additionally it got a great central location right at the beach and you can hear the waves of the sea in the room which is nice.

Location is good, close to food, bars and tour pick up and drop off. Restaurant below has great views, food and cocktails. Comfortable bed.

One of the door locks was broken we couldn’t lock the door. Rooms a little out dated could use a new paint job.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The place is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly makes it stand out is the warm and genuine hospitality. The hosts went above and beyond to make me feel at home, specially Jason manager always kind and attentive to every detail. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and pleasant

Mr Jason, the owner, took care of me and attended my requests and my needs in a very satisfying and professional way. By the way, my room had a window with a fantastic view on the beach. I definitely recommend this place in El Nido
