Not worth for money

Room is very small & b Not comfort to stay with family

Breakfasts were amazing and delicious. Location perfect, as it was on the main streed, close to all the bars, restaurants etc.

Staff seemed not to be polite when you asked for something. Be aware, accomodation can not be paid in advance as hotel colects the payment upon arrival and even they presents they accept all credit cards, they were insisting of making the payment in cash. When I refuced, they brought the machine from somewhere and put me 4% on top of the price as a fee. That is not how you want to make business. Also nights were sleepless as from one side of the room you hear sea all the night and from the other noisy bars and music. One day we had also outage of water for more than four hours.

Well at first the sounds of the music from happiness hostel but after a few days it just soothed you to sleep as it was just a constant noise rather than altering noise like music just a deep beated bass, the smell in the bathroom, they do not supply a top sheet just a fluffy kids like blanket very strange even said no sheets they just changed the bottom sheets. 4% surcharge that is not mentioned on booking.com I refused to pay it,

Everything was great… Top location right on the beach and a few steps from the Pier. The room (Serena, Top Floor) was very comfortable and clean… amazing view and big with a small kitchen. The hotel has a great beachfront restaurant downstairs where they serve breakfast (very good! With many options) and the cuisine is great and reasonably priced. Staff was amazing… we used their tour services across the street and has a great time with a combination A and B Tour)

We liked everything but I want to comment on many visitors’ comments. Many say that’s very noisy due to the bars nearby… this wasn’t the case in our room (Serena Top Floor). The room at night was always very quiet and I could only hear the music in the kitchen… this was only noticeable, in my case, on a Saturday night… but they don’t keep it too late. Again, the room was quiet. Depending on the day the waves crash noticeably into the building… on our first night the tide was more active and it took some time getting used to it… I like the waves but they impact the building heavily… most nights were smoother.
