Location and cleanliness of the room. The owner even brought us an extra blanket because it was really cold out.

The only thing I could say was more of a dislike for me was the shower. It would be a lot better with a rounded curtain rod to give you a little extra room. The shower itself was extremely clean with great water pressure.

Convenient, about 15 minutes walk from the Old Port area. Very responsive and helpful manager. Nice kitchen.

Cramped bathroom, very hard to use toilet. Lounge area not well set up.

Great location on Munjoy Hill. About 1 mile/20 minute walk (for us) to Old Port and Portland Square. Nice neighborhood. The recommendation for the neighborhood restaurant for breakfast was excellent.
