"Something a little different in a quiet suburb."

Good location with free safe parking. Interesting design, not your average boring motel room. Good instructions from the host. Free bottled water and lots of coffee and creamers.

Toilet and shower a little tight.

"Well-located, clean, quiet, complete, but small, one-bdrm unit."

A 20-min. walk downhill to the ferries, shops and wharf restaurants. Quiet, clean, with convenient parking. All basics are fitted into limited space.

A nightly rate in the $300s seems a bit excessive. The unit has no view, despite title.

The spacious 3-BR apartment was perfect for a family stay for a wedding. The historic home is gorgeous and well cared for by the welcoming owners. The location is very convenient for enjoying the Portland waterfront.

Host was very responsive to messages. Parking and access instructions were very clear and detailed. Location was great for access to the beach and restaurants/venues on the water. I was able to park when I arrived and not use my car again until I left to go home. Very walkable and clean area.
