Apartamento NAO MALASAÑA - GRAN VIA

Primeramente ponía en Booking que no había que poner fianza y cuando reservamos nos cobran 200€ de la tarjeta, de fianza, el pago del alojamiento tuvimos que pagárselo a parte que fueron unos 300€ por dos noche, luego nos cobraron una tasa de nocturnidad de 20 € para hacer el cheking porque eran las 21h, llegamos y el apartamento tenía un olor muy feo, a tubería, las camas con toda la pinta de que no las han cambiado de los huéspedes anteriores… el apartamento súper oscuro y sentíamos que todo estaba sucio sobre todo el olor era asqueroso

La ubicación es buena y el apartamento en general esta correcto y bien equipado. Es un bajo, el comedor algo oscuro ya que no tiene ventanas, las habitaciones están bien, las camas son cómodas y los baños están bien y equipados, secador, champú, gel.

La pega que le pondría es que cobran un extra en función de la hora que llegas y no me parece bien que no se refleje al hacer la reserva y el pago hay que hacerlo en efectivo. El chico que nos abrió muy majo y atento. Otra cosa ha valorar es el tema aparcamiento, que esta bastante difícil y por dejar el coche una noche en un parquing cercano nos cobraros 32€.

Mostly a great place! Beautiful master bedroom, comfortable beds in kids rooms, kitchen easy to use. 3 bedrooms allowed group to spread out

Communication was very lacking, which is sad because with a very little attention to detail, it could have been excellent, because the place is generally lovely. Incomplete check in and no check out instructions were supplied. We had to call them for both. This was very stressful during both arrival and departure when a simple message or print-out in the room would have mitigated any confusion or inconvenience for both host and guest. The bathroom is big and there are 2 showers and 2 sinks but with only one door only one person can really use the whole bathroom at once ( leaving the other 3 facilities ( 2nd shower and all sinks ) inaccessible to the other guests until that person is done showering. So that’s very inconvenient and may as well be only one shower unless you’re a group very comfortable with each other and willing to treat it like a dorm room bath. Thankfully the 2 toilets are separate from the main bathroom and each have their own door. Shower doors don’t stay closed. Many warnings about how to properly use towels suggest a low quality accommodation, when really a few lazy or inconsiderate guests probably are the cause of the bathroom environment being ruined for the rest of us by these intrusive signs. It’s unfortunate that they have had to deal with such guests, but it does affect the overall quality of the experience. At first, no blankets were supplied only their covers so the first night’s sleep was uncomfortable and then when they brought them, they didn’t bring them for all beds, so one person still went without. If you are stickler for communication this place is pretty decent, because the cost is lower for Madrid for the group size.

I love the spaces and the organisation of the apartment. The kitchen and the bedroom are really great and the confort is amazing. The owners are helpful.

The apartment location was good and our stay was good although there were some features not working such as a shower, a sink, the a/c, etc.

Our stay was not too bad, but without telling in advance, the proprietor charged 250€ directly to my card and after our stay she never returned it back
