Breaky was good. The staff were nice. Apartment was really complete. The location was perfect.

It was expensive! Shovel the ice a bit better!

"Wonderful, luxurious lodge in great location next to Hakuba Happo ski lifts"

Lovely accomodation with beautiful rooms. Great location a few minutes from ski lifts and good ski hire. Really accomodating staff who provided pick up and drop off at Happo bus terminal (main transport to Hakuba Happo). Breakfast was also excellent.

"Very comfortable appartment."

The Hotel is very close to the bottom of the ski field, easy walking distance with ski boots on. The staff were very efficient, nothing was a problem for them. I would definitely stay again.
