The Ridge Hakuba Hotel & Apartments

Morning Latta was good. Breakfast should start at 7:00 am in lieu of 7:30 otherwise location and outlook excellent.

Drying room was only warm, not hot, some clothes / gloves did not dry overnight.

I cannot speak more highly of the Ridge. The staff are absolutely the most beautiful, hospitable, kind people. From helping us book restaurants, dropping us at destinations to helping us find nappies late at night and playing with our children every morning. The rooms were fantastic and the location was great for Happo runs. The best service we have ever experienced.

the staff were amazing. they helped us book taxis, dinners and always went out of their way to be helpful. the room was clean and very well sized. there was a ski locker for all our things as well. we loved our stay here.

it’s a little bit of a walk to the main restaurants area however the area it is in is peaceful and beautiful. still loved it.

shower was easy to use and sufficient hot water. breakfast was delicious too. restaurant and bar was great with friendly staff

From the onset of our stay, the staff at The Ridge were incredibly accommodating and generous. They offered to pick us up from the Happo Bus Terminal (free of charge) and provided daily supermarket shuttle runs as well as delicious breakfast daily. The room was incredibly spacious and had great facilities throughout the hotel, including a ski storage room, laundry, and games room. The hotel was very conveniently located a short walk away from the Mominoki Hotel where a number of shuttles stopped frequently to numerous ski resorts and locations. The downstairs Antlers Bar had a cozy atmosphere with a great selection of drinks and bar food. The staff at The Ridge make it really feel like a home away from home. I cannot recommend The Ridge more.
