Lovely 2-bedroom condo with balcony

I wouldn't know we didn't even get to go to the property. The owner message me on the day saying the place was under maintenance so we couldn't stay there.

The thing I didn't like is that the owner of this place is an absolute liar and a scam artist. Promised to refund £200 due to us not being able to stay in the property because of "maintenance" which in fact was absolute crap. Having a little dig around and finding out this has happend many many times with other people and booking.com can't be arsed to do anything about it because if it's after the time of stay it's out of their hands.. This person is on many other sites with these properties and had decided to do the same with them as he has with them who book with his properties. If you want to be let down on the day and spend months trying to get your money back and then to be told tough sh*t then book with this person because that's what you will get. Thanks Booking.com for being completely worthless 😉

Asked for check in information was told it would be sent to me on the day drove 3 hours to arrive asked for the information again to check in to have a WhatsApp message from the owner to say actually you can’t stay here tonight any more and we’ll issue a refund and had to drive 3 hours back the owner then just ignored all attempts to get a refund and had to spend weeks fighting with booking.com to actually get a refund

Nothing, as was disappointed with the host, very unprofessional.

This provider advised a couple of hours before checking THAT THE PROPRETY IS NOT AVAILABLE. We had to find in 1h another place to stay after working all night and traveling from London to Manchester. And the worst payment has passed from pending to cashed.

The apartment was nice, spacious, bright. Beautiful and well located. Also good price, but avoid staying here, bad management.

Avoid staying here. The cellphone reception doesn't exist inside the apartment and there's is no WiFi. Don't believe the advert (WiFi never worked on the whole stay, i even asked the management they said they would check but i never had Internet even tho i needed for work purposes, on top of that, the management is a joke, the charged me 200£ deposit and 15 days later I'm still fighting the booking support team to get my money bag. This people are scammers, they wanted to charge me for late checkout because the management forgot to send me instructions on how to check out from the property and they wouldn't reply to my messages before the check out time. I had to leave late to the airport because they only replied 1hr after the checkout time. And still they're trying to charge me for it even tho the Internet never worked and it was their fault my late checkout. And it was only an hr. AVOID IT AT ALL. COST, There's other properties with same value in the city.
