I didn't even get into my room. Then they cancelled and im still trying to get a refund. Problem is the landlord wont respond

Henry was prompt to respond with key information. Access was straightforward.

The bedding was very old, towels old and a bit smelly. TV doesn't work, and the shower is very low in power. No mirrors in the bedroom. A few minor improvements and this would certainly improve the offer greatly. Thank you.
