Cozy en-suite room near city center

Nice,clean, comfortable room.lovely comfortable bed handy for rail station, (bus371,373, all round easy, pleasing stay. Met Henry, very nice, helpful guy. (Top man!) Due to stay again (2 weeks) looking forward to it!!!! Charles..

Nothing to dislike...

The room was lovely and clean. However there was no air con or fan and it was extremely warm. The was was lovely unfortunately I couldn't risk using due to having spinal problems and it was very slippy which would have been dangerous for me. I used the sink the wash. My boyfriend loved the shower.

Prompt communication. The host was very nice and helpful. We didn't need to contact him for additional info as he provided them all beforehand. From the key location for WiFi password, every detail we needed was provided.

Everything was on point. Sorry, I have no negatives. I would definitely come again.

When I arrived at the property I could not get in as the front door was locked and I was only provided with a key for my room. The key did not fit, no one opened the door and the property manager did not pick up the phone. I felt very unsafe in the area so I was forced to book a different accommodation. Still waiting to be refunded.

Good shower and room handy to get into town or the stadium close to a shopping area for snacks etc For the price it's great Bottled water in the room was a lovely touch

No info about WiFi in room so never connected to it I think a kettle / brew station would be better at the top of stairs for guests to use 🤔 felt awkward using the kitchen as felt I was in someone's house and was 2 kettles was unsure which to use We stayed as a couple but only had one towel to share ... no bath robes or slippers as stated on the listing but wasn't an issue Bring your own tea and coffee etc as nothing on site

Easy to locate, room was clean and everything works.

Bed was not very comfortable as I sleep on harder mattress due to back pain.

The bed was lovely and comfy. The Shower was nice. And it was nice that there was two bottles of water as well.

The kitchen downstairs wasn't very clean and tidy.

Being able to check in late

As I checked in late it was dark by the time I got there and I couldn't see the code. I had to ask a passing girl for help

Lovely room a 15 minute walk from the station.
