The property was clean and in good location

The heating system of the property was very bad, I requested them to turn it on but they didn’t those two days I was freezing

Easy entry. Clean kitchen with kettle and microwave, plates and cups. Very clean toilet and shower, very good shower. Towels provided. Clean room. Nothing to complain about. I will be back!

It's all good

Had a cold shower this morning. No hot water Needed towels but no one to ask Otherwise it was value for money. I left another guest stranded because shower was cold and he needed towels

Location and cleanliness

The shower and sinks drains were partially blocked were not draining water properly and i was ended up standing in pool of water while taking shower.

Not staying here again.

Upon arriving the room desk was full of hairs and sticky stains. Also, when I lifted the duvet, the sheets had signs of usage as if someone has been there. I contacted the property responsible who told me it was clean, just not ironed, but as an adult I can tell the difference between not ironed and used. The responsible even assured me the cleaner has been there, however they didn't even bother in cleaning the desk, let alone the bed. Also the small toilet was messy and there were personal items on the floor. Ended up leaving the property and booking somewhere else.

I stayed one night on a stop over, arriving late the entry details having been forwarded by sms as promised. The house is clean and looks smart. There is a wireless modem/router with a QR scan code on your right as you enter. The kitchen looks fabulous with fridge, cookers etcetera plus a sofa and tv but due to my late arrival I used neither internet or kitchen facilities so can't really comment further. Upstairs I took a hot shower in a very nice, clean shower room. The bedroom was functional, warm enough with large, heavy curtains and windows that can be opened if you wish. Comfy bed, good duvet with four pillows and towels provided.

The only drawback was that the landing light seemed to turn on and off intermittently during the night for no discernible reason but as I wear eye covers it wasn't much of an issue
