Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room when they did clean it but I did have to request for their services on two different occasions on two different days. A couple of items that I requested took an exceptional amount of time to be delivered also. But overall the staff are very well dedicated to your total satisfaction.

I noticed a few options that weren't available, few locations on site that weren't open such as dining areas and the ballroom.

The lazy river and the spa staff were the highlights for us. We also loved the fire shows and the photographer.

It was a bit difficult for people with mobility issues to reach places like the infinity pool etc
