Friendly staff, beautiful views and beautiful rooms. Experienced the most incredible massage which was reasonably priced.

That I only stayed one night, wish I could have stayed longer.

All inclusive allowed for picking off a menu for dinner and not only buffet. There were multiple places to eat. Staff turned over rooms twice a day.

The shower and bath took five to ten minutes to get hot enough to shower.

"Excellent family style resort"

The Hotel location and facilities is perfect for families. Staff were excellent and always friendly. My husband and 2 year old and i stayed in the Ocean View suite for 7 nights. The room was very spacious and was just like the photos on the website. I enjoyed having the 2 beds and amazed that the room was cleaned twice a day. Not only did the staff clean the room and replaced towels and bedsheets, they went above and beyond- they even folded our clothes, packed up my daughters toys and also sometimes would make animals using folded towels and left cute Goodnight notes and a flower on the bed. We did the All Inclusive package so enjoyed buffet breakfast, al la carte meals and impressed with the Jukung Grill food. It was so convenient to eat and swim at the main resort and then also walk over to the Family resort side of the hotel. The Lazy River was very enjoyable when you wanted to do more than just sit or swim in the main pool. Drink menu was awesome, lots to choose from. The minibar in the room was restocked daily so we didn't have to buy water to drink. The staff are very attentive and always helpful and the variety of food also good. Laundry service and room service was also included in our stay which was great to have.

Nothing major but the water took a long time to heat up for showers and the shower floor very slippery which is a bit dangerous especially with small kids. Their menu at the Grand Cafe (where the buffet and a la carte is served) and all other eating places such as the Jukung grill had "French fries" listed but were actually thicker crinkle cut potato chips.

The facilities were amazing - lazy river, kids pool, main pool, kids club.

The smell. I know it comes with Bali but the sewerage smell in the room was unbearable
