Very happy with the grand mirage Staff were great

Perfect for a family. If you don't mind the price of all inclusive, don't think twice. I've never had a better all inclusive like here. Great quality for money. We came for 6 days with a toddler and we all had so much fun. So many things to do. Best of the best, is the staff. They are amazing, genuinely nice, I know Balinese people are amazing in general but here are exceptional.

El personal es excelente, muy atento y servicial. El edificio principal y las instalaciones están muy bien.

No cumple los estándares de un hotel 5 estrellas. El buffet del desayuno no tiene demasiada variedad y no está bien organizado. Descuidan aspectos muy importantes como colocar comida debajo de un aire acondicionado donde gotea el agua. El buffet de las cenas espectáculo eran muy malos y con pocas opciones. Vimos dos espectáculos, uno estuvo muy bien pero el otro decepcionante. El lazy river solo estuvo disponible uno de los tres días que estuvimos pero nos compensaron con un late check out. La orilla del mar estaba muy sucia, plásticos de todo tipo flotando. Había una persona limpiando pero no era suficiente.

Nous sommes arrivés en avance sur le Check in et nous avons pu profiter des facilités de l’hôtel de manière très bien organisée. Également le jour du départ, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine avant d’aller à l’aéroport. Le personnel est très serviable et très souriant

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, mooie ruime en schone connecting rooms. Veel zwem mogelijkheden, heel fijn! Prima ontbijt, zowel lokaal als internationaal!. Diner: Mocht je van goed Italiaans eten houden, ga naar de overkant. Toscana was echt fantastisch 🤫

Het kids gedeelte is wel erg gedateerd. Dit mag zeker een upgrade krijgen gezien er veel gepromoot wordt met deze faciliteiten. De menu’s zijn voor de lunch echt summier en prijzig!!

Easy location to come and go

Was a little run down and dated for the money we paid. The guests that didn’t pay for all inclusive certainly were treated less than with attentiveness and customer service

The location and people are very friendly

The ride price is over priced, also need to disucss before take the ride, if not, it will be too costly.

It was a wonderful place to stay .. we are a family of three children… 7 yrs , 5 yrs and 2 years. We stayed in a kids suite which was perfect and the kids loved it ! The kids club was excellent with an amazing variety of activities. Food at breakfast and in poolside restaurant is exactly what you need . You can also come over to Grand mirage … 100 feet away … great buffet restaurant and pools , restaurants etc

Our two year old fell out of trampoline and hurt her head . I had commented on it earlier and think it should be replaced… very decrepit and dangerous

The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful. The hotel was always kept very clean … the beach , pool areas etc . There were areas for adults to relax and areas for families to have fun . The rooms were excellent… comfy super large beds , everything you need , Breakfast provided every type of food you could wish for and more … thoroughly recommend!

There isn’t anything to dislike about this wonderful hotel. When you take a wander outside to try one of the local bars or restaurants… just take care on the road … manic motor cycles
