Overpriced and dated

It was well spread out. It was clean and today and the lobby staff especially were very helpful when we needed to go to other parts of the resort or to get a taxi etc.

There could be more air conditioning throughout the resort especially in the breakfast area where it was quite hot at times. More signage would be great too.

Great holiday property for family.

Rooms were not adequate for 6 adults and 4 children. The way it was configured in two properties I had to pay for another room to put us all in the same area.

Hotel located in Nusa Dua. Wonderful breakfast, with a lot of options we tried something new almost every day. Good amenities and options for the kids with the game room, floating games in the beach, the small water park . My kids felt very safe, there were sales people around the beach , but all of them were very respectful. The dinner shows were very good and also added variety to our nights. Several nice spots in front of the beach and you could also walk either by the beach or outside to other nearby restaurants. Lazy river was also very cool. Staff was very kind and always on the look if you need food a drink. We did not get the all inclusive, but the process for the billing and consolidation at the end was also very effective.

The beach is nice and private, but it has a lot of algae and there were periods with a lot of garbage coming from the ocean. Some days we would find staff cleaning, but think it has to be more frequent. I know staff wants everyone to have a good time, but rules are rules and several guests had glass beer bottles next to the pool which could be a risk and we did not see staff enforcing the rules. On the same line, drinks could be colder..it seems they were saving on ice.

Location, friendliness of staff.

Breakfast could be better. More fruit offerings would be nice.
