Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali

The facilities at this property are good. The lazy river was a big hit with our kids. Rooms in the main building were better than the family wing - we changed to the main wing after staying the first night in the family wing. I found the breakfast a bit disappointing compared to other resorts in Bali especially considering the price paid.

They could improve on breakfast.

Good value for money, convenient place if you travel with the kids, lazy river is the best.

If you stay in the family part of the resort you need to walk additional 5 min to the main part of resort to get all amenities

The big slide for kids, would only be good for kids younger than 8 I reckon.

Bed had bed bugs, beds where rock hard. Can do all the Watersport activity in half a day. Over priced for what you get.

The variety of pools and restaurants was awesome. We literally stayed at the hotel most of our stay. Just loved it.

We had to keep asking for replacement towels as well as cups for our room. They would forget to replace them.

Quality of service Quality of breakfast

Initially the cost, but when observing quality of service and hospitality of staff and how hard they work, was hoping that the cost was covering quality of food and staff wages

All inclusive packages. Access to food etc

Inclusive packages are rather expensive. It will not suit everyone. Packages are for the entire room. So I had to also take one out for my partner and her 2 kids. My partner is a non drinker do at $95 USD adults and $55 usd kids under 12 all per day, it is expensive.
