Location and door access with code

There were not enough plug points in the room. Even though there were a couple but it wasn't easy to find them to charge our phone.

The view, the parking, the convenience

The bathroom needs updating in the room and lobby, the bed by the window was really uncomfortable. The room was always moist and out clothes got moist, towels never dried up

Great location and communication from the staff in site. Lovely and clean and wonderful views of Miami Beach.

The beds were creaky and could have done with tea and coffee supplies for the room, but facilities were fine.

Didn’t

Elevator noisy and we were right beside it. Cold in the entire bldg. shut ac off in our room. No heat. No pool. Under construction. No outside bar. Our room was changed to 835 at the last minute

The view. Location

The shower was not good. wifi and tv did not work well. We rented the room for four and there were only two beach towels and two lounge chairs

We liked that we were upgraded to a better room.

The whole premise and experience. The workers were all angry, the place looked like Elvis left it back in 1977.
