The location was exceptionally beautiful . Only the swimming pool was close , but I enjoyed it.

The swimming pool was not available this time.

It was a great location, and close to the beach to go and enjoy.

The beds were very uncomfortable!! And the pool wasn't available for use.

Beds very uncomfortable. Springs making noise. Need to change the mattress. Spotted a cockroach in fridge . Sent a message to the host with pic , no reply . We left next morning . Hoping we didn’t bring any with us in our luggage .

Regarding the place, 5 stars! Easy access, the room has a stunning view of Miami beach! Also the parking service was excellent!

Regarding the room, ,All the photos available on the website, do not correspond with what we found. They are the same furniture but in much worse condition than presented in the photos. 10% Photoshop. 80% of the furniture is extremely old, the walls, as well as the floor of the entire room needs a total overhaul! Mould on some walls and corners on the floor, the toilet flush, when pressed, the water comes out . We got in touch by phone, because in the hotel, the security guards who stay at the check in, are not responsible for anything in relation to the rooms, to talk about this problem of the water that flooded the bathroom with water, and during the 4 days we had in this situation and without any solution. We looked for a hotel that had a swimming pool, and we decided to rent this one because it supposedly had one. It had one, but completely disabled, and it seems to have been like that for ages, and yet it says on the website that it has an outdoor pool available. The people in charge could be more honest with the photos and clearer about the services available. Since the reservations made, there is no possibility of a refund in the event of a cancellation. So it is up to everyone to decide whether or not to rent this hotel in these conditions, and not to have any surprises when they arrive in the room.

The location is very close to city center, the facility is by the beautiful beach, room view was very nice. Free parking & valet service is perfect.

Location and the view were great. Pool is very nice. Beach in a minute walk. Beach chairs and towels were available. Clean apartment but the building is a bit dated.

The couch could be renewed and one of the mattresses is damaged.

Location was quite good

Run down and it has seen it's better days since the halcyon era of the Playboy Club. You can certainly see that it was a grand place at one time. The elevator system is the strangest we have ever encountered. Puzzling and exceptionally slow. The restaurant actually demanded I give my coffee up (as I got it on my morning walk at another place). I refused and left so they burned on $60-$75 over a $2 coffee. Very stupid.

Close to South beach. Staff In luggage store & shop were very helpful

Room could do with slight upgrade/refurb along with pool area.
