Faciliteterne trænger til en gevaldig opgradering. I det første hus faldte sengen i gennem gulvet. (Personalet var super hurtige til at give os et nyt hus). I det næste hus faldte taget af på toilettet efter en stormfuld nat. Toilettet er udenfor men med overdækning. Der var kakalakker på toilettet. Sengene var så bløde at de lavede et hul omkring en. Air condition var slet ikke god nok til at holde huset koldt og det var næsten ulideligt at være der om dagen. Og så ligger bungalows langt omme bag ved hovedvejen, lidt for øde til vores smag. Vi endte med at tjekke ud 3 dage før tid. Jeg observerede mange myg og umiddelbart de sort og hvidprikkede som eftersigende skulle være mulige bærer af denguefeber (de er i Indonesien men med små børn var det ikke en fed oplevelse).

Very very moldy inside the room. Not properly ventilated. No openable windows except the door. Not a healthy environment to sleep in.

NLHet is een mooi plekje, met twee zwembaden. Het personeel was vriendelijk.
Soms was er helemaal geen personeel aanwezig, of personeel dat geen/slecht Engels sprak. Je kon wel altijd naar een telefoonnummer appen, dan werd je snel geholpen.
BGBGI have stayed at Bali Cozy multiple times, and every visit has been absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrive, I feel the warm hospitality that makes me feel right at home. However, the biggest advantage of Bali Cozy is the service. The staff is not just friendly—they are truly dedicated to making guests feel special. They always welcome me with a smile and remember my preferences, which makes my stay even more enjoyable.
BGIf paradise exists, it's right here in this complex! The bungalows are stunning, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the cleanliness is impeccable. I would definitely return with friends!
