AVOID. There was a leak when we arrived (noon or so). We were told it would be fixed in the day, When we returned, it had not been resolved (no communication at all until last minute) and we had to move to another property as there would be no hot water and we were wet due to heavy rain. The other property had problems with the codes and we could not get in. We have to repeatedly call/whatsapp to get any information -- usually dismissive and giving a sense of not caring (except the last person on the phone -- bless her). After 1hour in the rain, we took shelter in a restaurant. Eventually we got into the property. There was no proper heating. More than that: property has no microwave and bathroom floods after a few minutes of shower. We're not trying to get compensation but the sense of not caring or dragging feet is persistent. So far we got a partial refund of the first night.

Не працювала посудомийка так як треба, але і миючого засобу щоб вручну помити посуд теж не було.

La propreté et l emplacement du logement
Le bruit du voisin car le logement est très mal isolé. Le manque d'équipements pour 4 personnes. Pas de quoi ranger ou de poser ses affaires dans les chambres , obliger de poser au sol, une chaise ou un petit meuble serait le bienvenu. Aucune réactivité de la part de la plate-forme suite à un problème sur le lave vausselle, très déçu
