Jasminn Hotel

I have currently stayed there. My experience was really great. The staff is very cooperative. Mr Ayush who was at the reception was great. The breakfast was good. The location is good if you are looking for peaceful property. The beach is around 2.5km away, but they also provide beach shuttle service which is great. Overall I am happy that I chose this property. If in future I'll come I'll definitely opt for this property and will recommend it to my friends. Worth the money.

The bathroom can be a little cleaner. The last pickup is at 6:15 pm if they can provide it a bit late also then it would be great. The Taxis are available but they are higher in price. If you rent a scooty or car then no problem otherwise it becomes costly.

It was a nice property though a bit far from the beach. But the distance gets compensated as they have periodic shuttle service for pickup and drop between hotel and BetalBatim beach. We had breakfast included in our meal plan. The spread was good in terms of variety and quality. If someone is looking for a nice, peaceful place for stay , definitely worth a try. Also, the Betal Batim beach is very less crowded. You can easily sit there for long hours and enjoy the waves

Expected more professionalism and coordination from the staffs at the reception. They all were very polite on the face but never carried out the duties properly. For example (1) I had an issue with my payment and during my 4 days of stay at the hotel I reminded them each day to check and confirm. But every time they said they will but they did not. In fact during my mid night checkout they again asked me for a proof. Expected better coordination from such a highly rated property (2) We had a early check in and had to pay additional 1500/- though we repeatedly requested for some waiver as we were travelling with a 2 year old. But we understand that might be there policy so no bad feelings. But next we saw a group of foreign nationals had arrived and they were greeted with welcome drinks. So, this behaviour looked a bit surprising and unprofessional.

Nothing much..No value for money..overprized for the quality of property..i do not recommend

The management takes no responsibility..i had an unpleasant welcome..i was checked in after 2hrs inpite of having time..the property advertises something & offers something else..not all amenitites are as per their list(in my case they mentioned Kitchenette, but there was no kitchen)..Management is totally irresponsible

Two-bedroom suite was large and comfortable Room and hotel offered many amenities Grounds are well manicured and clean Restaurant offered good variety of options for breakfast, lunch & dinner Staff was available, responsive Beach shuttle was helpful Live entertainment was a nice touch

Could not connect to internet first day, was fixed quickly but continued to have issues throughout Restaurant was crowded at times, had to wait for service Our suite only had one balcony and lawn view No elevator in building with suites

The rooms, bar and restaurant were excellent. Staff were very polite and helpful. Especially Vincent and Cyril.
