Good cost x benefit, staff is nice and helpful but the wifi is a bit weak and the hotel itself isn’t the most new in terms of facilities.

The hotel & facilities are great, but be aware there is nothing around within a reasonable walking distance. The hotel runs a shuttle service to & from the beach, which is free and works well. Going any other place you need a taxi and they charge premium rates (at least double the cost of taxis elsewhere in India). Nice room with great shower and plenty of hot water. The 2 pools are clean & well maintained. Pool towels are available and can be taken to the beach. Good food is offered both for breakfast and evening dinner. I would recommend taking a half board option since eating out means taxi to & from an unknown restaurant. The beach is fine white sand with a few beach bars offering sun beds free & good food and drink.

On the down side the hotel is obsessed with payments. We booked 3 days before arrival and had endless reminders to pay before we arrived regardless of the fact a “no show” was covered for the full amount by credit card. Equally, on checking out I asked for the bill, there were 5 hotel staff in reception, I stood looking at them smiling and finally went away since nobody did a thing. This happen a second time! Finally when our taxi arrived the settlement bill was ready. All in all a good hotel that needs a few of it's procedures improving.

This is a big hotel complex. The location was not bad, with a scooter you can reach many beaches. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to the nearest beach during the day. The guard helped us to rent a scooter, wich was delivered to our hotel in 5 minutes (super convenient). The room was nice, the bed comfy and breakfast was also not bad. The restaurant on the hotel territory is decent and they sometimes play very good live music. I am very happy with this resort.

The reception feels a bit lost. For some reason they were pressuring us to pay on their hotel website way before it is required here claiming that otherwise our reservation is "on hold". That caused us stress to the point we thought about cancelling this hotel, cause there is no "on hold" on this website and we didn't understand what it even means. In the end we've arrived and paid with our credit card on the spot, so all was good. But it could be that we were lucky and no one "paid and claimed" our room before us.

A cozy, tidy place that met all our needs. The 2 room apartment was comfortable for 4 people and had sufficient amenities. The staff was friendly and offered additional information and help with travel around Goa. The shuttle service to the Betalbatim beach was good as well. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options for everybody.

The location is a bit interior in south Goa with not a plenty of options for taxi. But the contacts provided by the hotel were a bit helpful.

After having stayed in 7 hotels in three different cities in India, this hotel was by far the best out of all of them. The room was clean, had a large and modern TV and a silent AC. The mattresses were cozy, the wifi fast and there was plenty of space for three people for little money. The hotel staff was very helpful and looked after our well-being. Staying past the checkout time until a different room was ready for us was no problem. The area of the hotel is quite and there's a shuttle to the beach every hour until 6pm. If you're looking for a lively neighborhood, the hotel won't be for you. If you are seeking quietness away from busyness, you're right here.

What I loved: the kindness, generosity and attention to detail offered by all staff: from the GM to the restaurant guys, reception team and room cleaning teams. The friendliness was so lovely. The cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms and the pool was exceptional. Special shout out to Hanumanth, who was one of the guys cleaning the rooms. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very spacious, and the rain shower an absolute delight. The hotel itself is secluded and you can walk with ease to the beach though the hotel lays on a taxi door to beach drop off free service. The beach is very calm and spacious. I went there to write and the conditions were very good to do so. I would certainly go back. The late check out again was brilliant and it meant I could relax right to the last minute in the room. I paid a bit more but really good value for money I thought. I’ve stayed in many hotels internationally and I would rate this one as one of the best. The exemplar is the level of care and kindness. The GM made sure he introduced himself to me, and asked me to let him know if there was anything he could help with. The food - particularly the evening meals were beautifully presented and very tasty! Lastly - I was staying solo and felt very safe. Important for women: this is a safe, calm and friendly space to stay.
