Charging for water bottles this is really nonsense

The location overall ambience food variety and quality as well as customer service and attitude of all staff right from GRM Himanti to Godwin in reception as well as the Restaurant staff They were very hospitable and ready to accomodate our requests

No Wifi in Rooms and mobile network coverage quite poor for providers other than Airtel Swimming pool not manned by any staff and guests not adhering to Swimming attire Games room not manned by any staff Golf course not fully ready and some of the Holes Grass is not fully cut

I have travelled across the globe and stayed in the best of brands , but this resort is underrated , The room , the staff and the service was exceptional !!!!! Their eye for detail to the level of cleanliness and the variety of food items , the view , going the extra mile . Never seen such a lovely team , can’t thank enough the General manager , his team , front office , the girl with a lovely smiling eyes behind her mask at the main door , the HK staff , the FNB team !! All were amazing !

Nothing ! All was perfect ! I wish I could have stayed longer .

Rooms are comfortable and staff is courteous and helpful.

No Internet or mobile network in the rooms. Food options and taste were average. Not much to do or explore at the property especially in rainy season.
