"PATHETIC SERVICE LEVELS WITH DANGEROUS VALET"

They are not service oriented at all.Once we reached the hotel,there was no one to greet us for the valet. No welcome drinks were served.Check in took eternity n once we reached our rooms, luggage didn't arrive for more than an hour despite 3 reminders. To top it all,the vehicle had broken tail lamps and windshield once we started back from the resort.You will incur extra cost on your vehicle apart from spending on the resort, so beware before booking!
