We rarely leave bad reviews, as we are generally low-maintenance travelers and tend to focus on the positives. Unfortunately, this accommodation was a real disappointment, particularly because of the attitude of the staff, the lack of willingness to help, and the overall comfort of the stay. The most frustrating experience was with breakfast. At check-in, we were given a card and shown signs stating that breakfast was served until 10:00 AM. On the second morning, we arrived at 9:48 AM hoping to quickly grab a coffee and some eggs. Despite still being within the advertised breakfast hours, staff refused to let us eat. We showed them the information they themselves had provided, clearly stating breakfast was available until 10:00 AM, but they were completely inflexible and unwilling to help. We have attached photos of the information provided by the hotel. Also the man at the reception was very rude and bad-tempered. Another major issue was the number of mosquitoes throughout the property. There were huge amounts of mosquitoes around the grounds and near the rooms, yet there seemed to be very little effort to prevent them from entering the rooms or to provide guests with any form of protection or repellent. The gym was also disappointing. We found dead flies and bugs inside, and again, an excessive number of mosquitoes, making it uncomfortable to use even while wearing repellent. The location may be a drawback for some travelers. It is more than a 15-minute walk from the town center, which can feel quite long and exhausting in the intense Phi Phi heat and humidity. Finally, the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, while the property has potential, the combination of unfriendly and unhelpful staff, misleading information, mosquito issues, cleanliness concerns in some facilities, and lack of comfort made this one of the more disappointing stays of our trip.

Séjour exceptionnel ! L'hôtel est légèrement en retrait du centre ce qui garantit un calme très appréciable. La vue sur la baie est superbe. Nous avons également profité d'une excursion en bateau privé, proposée à un prix très raisonnable, avec un départ à l'heure de notre choix. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. La connexion wifi n'était pas toujours top.

I liked everything! This is an ideal place, ideal rooms, pool and breakfasts, the beach is simply amazing, the staff is very responsive! Thank you very much!

The hotel pool was lovely and quiet and the staff were always helpful

It felt very dated and our room did not feel very clean. In particular our shower was very dirty. Also we had a deluxe garden view room and our view was simply just a building site
