Phi Phi Villa Resort

El personal muy amable y el desayuno riquísimo. La playa del hotel hermosa !!! La ducha del baño no tenía fuerza el agua, y las instalaciones de la piscina estaba sucia. En relación al precio que pagué esperaba otra cosa.

Beachfront location was gorgeous and the pool area well kept. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice and quiet area but walkable to everything.

So many mozzies hovering outside villa and hovering in the staircase up to breakfast, they could do with using some sprays to kill. And little things like only 2 towels when the room was for 3 people, and only 1 toilet roll in the room. A little more generous with these things would be appropriate.

Stayed at Phi Phi Villa Resort recently. To be fair, the property itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, and overall the stay would have been very pleasant. However, what completely ruined the experience for us was the handling of a missing personal umbrella from our room. We informed reception immediately, but instead of showing concern or making any genuine effort to assist, the response was dismissive and repetitive — simply saying “no umbrella found.” What was even more disappointing was the hotel’s later response, where they implied that because the umbrella was “only a few baht,” no staff member would steal it. That is frankly an inappropriate and unprofessional way to address a guest concern. The value of the item is irrelevant — guests expect their belongings to be safe inside their rooms, whether expensive or inexpensive. The issue was never just about the umbrella itself, but about the complete lack of accountability, empathy, and professionalism in handling the situation. It’s unfortunate because the property has a lot going for it, but customer service during a problem is what truly defines hospitality, and this experience was deeply disappointing.

Bu Tayland’da üçüncü konaklamamız, ilk kez bu kadar erken biten kahvaltı gördük. Buna uyum sağlanır ama Phi Phi gibi sıcak bir ülkede klimasız kahvaltı salonu olması çok tatsız. Kahvaltı da Tayland standartlarına göre bile yetersizdi. Ve hiçbir yerde alkol satılmıyor, bu da garip geldi. En azından bilgilendirme olmasını beklerdik. Resepsiyondaki kişi de biraz tersti, ilk gün 10’da biten kahvaltıya 10’a 5 kalan indik almadığı gibi, karşıda otelin restoranı varmış onu bile söylemedi.
