There is absolutely nothing that I liked about the property. The pictures look great but remember a pictures worth 1000 words.

I’m not sure where to begin or if I can even fit everything in this review if you plan to book this stay just know this is in the ghetto of Philadelphia and when I say ghetto, I am from Grand Rapids on the southwest side and it’s ghetto there was so many people and so many people selling drugs. There was trash everywhere you could see rats running kids unsupervised. It was absolutely disgusting and when we pulled down the street of the residence almost right outside of the property were two men doing an exchange or a handshake or something in front of the residence put two and two together we all know what that is you could absolutely see a bulge in his waistband, telling me he most likely had a gun. I have my elderly mother with me. She has an oxygen tank and a walker. There is no way in hell I’m getting her out of the car. If you go through with this booking, just please be careful.

The place overall was nice, rooftop was a bonus. Just get it exterminated.

The bed bugs, roaches, toilet on the first level, and that bedroom on the first level had no TV remote. Neighborhood was quiet but slum and ran down. Also, a discount should have been given because of the bug issue, but it was not. It's not easy driving 7 hours and having to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute.

It was absolutely huge, very beautiful apartment.

It is not that great of an area however we had no problems there. It’s just not a pretty sight. However, the street itself was very quiet.

Unit 1 Review: We wanted to have two bathrooms and it does.

This is a review of Unit 1. To be fair, we arrived one and a half hours earlier than our check-in time that I had adjusted to be at 6pm instead of 4pm. My family wanted to get to the place earlier so we could check it out. Upon entering there was a distinct smell that some type of smoking had been done, but it wasn’t cigarettes that had been smoked. Several items needed to be repaired. There were no working smoke detectors. There were glue traps set out for mice. There was no deadbolt lock on the back door and someone had accessed the back patio area and sprayed graffiti on the patio wall area. The location is sketchy with trash around the area.

I loved everything!
