It was roomie and close to where we needed to be!

We used both units for the first 2 night and one of the rooms upstairs had pee in the bed, it was a yellow stain and it smelled really bad. The wasn’t many towels or silverware. The microwave and tv didn’t work downstairs. It just didn’t really look like it was cleaned at all. We bought and left detergent just in case someone else runs into this situation

There was enough room for all of us.

The place had live roaches on the first level requiring us to spray with the provided roach spray and wipe down everything before using or sitting. We found a used a condom in one of the closets along with someone’s credit card and some laundry left behind, small wholes in the wall throughout, wobbly or broken handles on fixtures throughout, no toilet paper in all the bathroom so we shared a roll, 1 half empty bottle of hand soap that we shared as well, no other toiletries for washing dishes or anything else, laundry in both the washer and dryer, stained carpet and couch on 1st floor, unstable/wobbly bar stools at the bar, broken remote to tv downstairs, and roof top terrace door hinge was broken. We did reach out to the owner about our unhappiness with the place, said they would come by but no reached back out to actually come out so nothing was done. All around is was not a comfortable space for our family visit especially with an infant that we couldn’t put down anywhere because of the uncleanliness.

The space! The rooms and THE KITCHEN! Woww sooo beautiful and the bathrooms were so nice tooo!

The living room couch upstairs on first level was stained and a bit dirty, I didnt feel comfortable sitting on it, and the floors of the basement room was dirty and needed a good mop. Also the kitchen utensils were dirty and nasty thank God I brought my own

Bathroom in each bedroom, big for an apartment, nice individual bathrooms

A bit dirty, ran out of toilet paper, could be hard to find parking
