Arrived to be told no room available despite paying in advance and being telephoned the day before to ask if we would like dinner. After about 20 minutes of unhelpful and stressful debate receptionist finally found our booking. Shower ran from tepid to scalding instantly so showering was both problematic and dangerous. Final nail in the coffin breakfast offering was limited as they had a guest with a severe nut allergy. Whilst I have every simpathy and understand their issues is it correct that other paying guests have to go without. Could the hotel not cater for everyones needs in a more inclusive way.

The bath room stinks no email that gives the details like breakfast you pay for dose not start till after your at work a power cut waking me up with loud alarms and a bright light in room and o f*** given

Great staff. Booked in very late due to travel delays. Friendly. No hassle. Breakfast was great.
