"Uncomfotable due to rude behavour of the staffs"

Location

The Hotel Staffs were too rude and unpolite. I booked the hotel taxi 52 hrs ahead of time and also kept remindeing the hotel staffs at least 5 times prior to my arrival. But they did not arrange for my pick-up service. They made me waited 1hr 13minutes at the arrival gate of the airport. Up0n my arrival to the hotel, they were very unpolite (not like other hotels). Their rude behavour made my stay very uncomfortable.
