Hotel Kelvish Near Delhi Airport by AISPL Group

Nearby International Airport. Good service of Airport transfers. Has potential to serve value for money if some improvements undertaken to address comments.

The Hotel is amidst densely populated residential area with narrow bylanes and unorganised construction around. Hotel does not accept debit or credit cards for pament. Lift was out of order for the floor assigned. Very uncomfortable short stay in the chilling cold of Delhi as there was no temperature control either through AC or otherwise. The room did not have adequate light as 50% of the lights were nonfunctional and we were told that it cannot be repaired now. All the in-room furnitures were not so clean with evident dusty surface around. There were no sleepers provided, even on request. The only towel provided was torn and dirty. The hotel provided room service with food arranged from outside. The taste of tea and the food was really good except that one item had spoiled ingrdients that could not be eaten.
