"Exceptional"

Very spacious and clean apartment. It’s in the centre of Harrogate, you can access pretty much all you need easily. We definitely recommend and when we visit again we’ll stay there.

We loved everything. Host was lovely too.

"Lovely appartment"

Great location.

A hairdryer would have been great & there was no wifi code left anywhere. Appartment description ahould mention all the stairs.

"We used the apartment for sleeping and showering, plus a bit of TV. Worked well."

Spacious. Elegant. Central. Easy access. I messed up re the entry code and the owner responded and came to our rescue at the apartment in 5 minutes. Thanks. Our limited use of TV and wifi worked well. Apart from the comments below, I think most people would find the apartment very acceptable.

Heater was not working in the 2nd bedroom. Owner did respond quickly though and provided a portable fan heater. Toilet seat was not attached to the toilet! Only paid parking available nearby, but we knew this in advance.

Very spacious, very clean & comfortable. Absolutely no complaints about the apartment itself. Would definitely recommend.

There were road works literally outside the front door of the apartment. Covered hole right outside the front doorstep & space to enter door very comprised. This made the entrance extremely precarious when entering & leaving the apartment with cases. Though I appreciate it is not entirely their fault, think it would have been nice to have been informed / warned about this ahead of travel/arrival.

"Exceptional, will definitely stay again"

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The double glazed sash windows meant that we didn’t hear any noise despite being so close to the bus station, railway station and town centre.

Only disadvantage, that was nothing the owners could control, was road works meant it was awkward getting through the door with luggage.
