Amazing penthouse on the beach, sea views, WIFI, airconditioning and parking

Great host, Wonderful communication.

Lovely apartment in a gated community with two terraces and lovely views. Shared swimming pool was a lovely addition. Host/Owner is easy to contact and responds well. Very close to bus stop which will take you to a main bus station with lots of different routes. Restaurants and bars are also nearby. Travelling was mother, teenage daughter and 8 year old niece, we had a fantastic stay there!

Lovely location 2 min walk from the beach

The Penthouse apartment was in a great situation, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. It was within easy walking distance to the town centre and the marina and the strip at La Mata. The facilities were good with outside dining facilities and the cleanliness was excellent. Our host was very conmunicative and answered all questions quickly. A very relaxing stay.

This apartment is perfect, everything we needed and all very clean. 2 minutes to the beach ⛱ 😎, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, etc. I was there on business but due to the perfect location still managed to get some sunshine, swimming etc. Torrevieja had not previously been on my radar but it is now, great spot to get some late year sunshine😉. Jose, the host, is absolutely the best ever, nothing is too much trouble for him, great guy 👍

Everything! Seldom does a place tick every box. On be taken into the apartment by a very nice lady it felt so comfortable. Everything was perfect. This reservation was my 109th on Booking.com and I have no hesitation in saying it is the best.

Lovely balcony with sea views. Across the road from the beach. Air-con. Big supermarket was walkable and smaller ones even closer. Restaurants almost on the doorstep. The marina area was lovely in the evening with even more restaurants and shops and a lovely vibe. This was about 30 mins steady walk but in the evening it wasn’t too hot to do this. Nice modern bathroom. Secure gated complex with pool which was never busy even though we were there in the school holidays. Sun loungers on the beach with umbrella were only 9 euros each for the day! We didn’t hire a car but the owner provided taxi details and they turned up on time each way. We walked to the bus station one day and caught to bus into Alicante which was a good day out with free access up to the castle. If walking is a problem I would recommend a car if you want to explore further afield.

I couldn’t find a washing up bowl, but that is very trivial and it may have been hiding somewhere! Double bed was quite firm, along with the pillows but we did get used to this

Very nice appartment in a nice a friendly komplex with great neightbours. Jose, the owner of the appartment was absolutly friendly and helped us solve all issues 24/7. We are realy thankfull for the amazing days we could spend in your appartment. The appartment has everything you need and is spacious, clean, has a perfect view and a wonderfull terrace, strong wifi and good kitchen equipment.
